Caricature Session @St Paul's Charity Carnival

I will b drawing caricature @St Paul's Charity Carnival, Kompleks Masyarakat Penyayang, Penang, on 5.11.2010, 10:30am-2:30pm. Please drop by.

For those who wants a head start, email me your fav photo and I will start drawing. You could pick it up on that day. All drawings are RM20 on A4 art paper, with a maximum of 2 heads. Any additional head is RM10 each. All proceeds will be for St Nicholas Home and designated outreach ministries.

"Liquid City" is an anthology brings together comic book creators from Southeast Asia to offer 22 tales of amazing diversity. Creators include Lat, Sonny Liew (also the Editor), AKS, Nguyen Thanh Phong and Lefty.

Eco Pop Art @Children Carnival

Here are the caricatures I did during the Children Carnival on Saturday, 29th May 2010. It was a really good challenge, 4 hours non-stop drawing. I did 25 pieces, some are hits and some are misses. Thanks for those who took part in the charity carnival, especially those who helped me managed my booth while I was busy drawing.

Eco Pop Art Series

The idea is to reduce the usage of paper for obvious reason. The first in a series of the Eco Pop Art projects is to do quick 10-minute caricatures on recycled cardboards at the "Children Carnival". Its a charity event organized by The Diocese of West Malaysia for a string of orphanages. For those who are in Penang this weekend, you are most welcome to drop by.
